Once an order is placed, we require 3-5 business days to process it. This includes packing your order and quality checking to ensure the goods match the size and are not defective.
During the week it takes one working day, but if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend it may take a little longer.
SHIPPING TIME:
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. On average, delivery takes between 9 and 20 days.

Each kit is created specifically for one pet and cannot be resold or reused for another customer.

- We cannot offer refunds for change of mind or ordering the wrong quantity
